- Attendees must be Certified Hairdressers.
- Your training kit will be shipped upon registration and is required to complete certification. You must inventory your kit immediately upon delivery and advise us of any missing training items. A list of items included in our educational kits can be found in the previous section.
- Please detangle and smooth your mannequin before class begins.
- Join the Zoom Room at least 15 minutes prior to start time. Your Coordinator will verify attendance from the Zoom Waiting Room and prepare everyone for an on time start.
- It is essential that you join via a smartphone, tablet or computer with webcam capabilities. Failure to participate with video/audio on for the full event will result in forfeiting your certificate of completion.
- You must be present and engaged with your video on for the entire duration of the class to allow our educator and Coordinator to verify attendance and evaluate your work during hands-on segments. Please alert us via the chat option should you need to step away from your workstation for any reason.
- We recommend you set up a workstation in a room that is a quiet space and has natural light. If possible, avoid rooms with only overhead fluorescent lights. We advise that you avoid working with a window directly behind you as this will create a glare. Please ensure that there is nothing obstructing the view of the educator and Coordinator as they observe your work.
